What data we process and why

Emails you send us

This site has no forms. If you write to us at contacto@torre-la-sal.com, we process your name, your email address and the content of your message in order to reply and, if you ask, to manage your participation in the association. The legal basis is your consent, given by writing to us (article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and the management of the membership relationship when you are a member (article 6(1)(b)). We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with them and, for members, for the duration of the relationship and the statutory limitation periods.

Browsing data

To measure the site’s audience we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies or persistent identifiers and does not allow visitors to be identified. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes technical connection data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve the site and protect it from attacks, as a processor. Cloudflare is established in the United States and provides the safeguards set out in Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for international transfers.

Third-party content

The X, Facebook and YouTube videos and the Google Maps map are not loaded until you click on them. When you activate them, the provider concerned may process your browsing data and set cookies under its own privacy policy. More information in the cookie policy.

Recipients

We do not pass your data to third parties, except where required by law. The only processors are the technical providers mentioned (Cloudflare for hosting and audience measurement, and the association’s email provider).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@torre-la-sal.com, stating the right you are exercising and proving your identity. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
